Off to School we go!

Oh, the school year has just begun and the craziness follows closely behind it. I'm happy to report Mr. C is adjusting much better to his new classroom. He will actually walk up to school with you now, and not hang onto you like a little monkey. His teacher is FABULOUS! She has a great gift with these kids and you can tell how much she enjoys filling their heads with so much knowledge. They do lots of great learning activities and she works with them on self help behaviors. And they each have little jobs each week in the classroom. For example, someone maybe the door holder for the week and they love doing these jobs. We need to move this idea to the house! :) He still goes to daycare in the afternoons, and by the time he gets there he is ready to crash for nap time. We are watching lots of the Mickey Mouse Clubhouse right now, since he will be seeing him in person in a couple of weeks. He gets so excited when he pops on the screen, he'll usually yell "Meeei Mouse." He still enjoys watching his Signing Time video, his absolutely favorite sign is baby... he rocks that baby all over the place.. so cute! He can also do eat, Mommy, Daddy, milk, more, cat, dog, ball, and water. Here are just a few pictures from the past couple of weeks. Have a great holiday!

For his bday he got a little swing set from Granny Liz and Grandpa Ken, he loves it! He is constantly looking out the window and saying "slide."

Believe it or not, what is in that bowl is chicken, rice, and carrots! And anyone that knows Cole knows he is a picky eater. I think school has transformed this kid into eating better! I can only hope and pray! :) Maybe he's learning you just can't survive on fruit bars only.

Bubba C was my handsome little date to a friend's wedding!

He loves playing in his box... i don't know why we spend money on toys when kids have the best fun with random things around the house.
