We Love the Weekends!!

This past weekend was just another fun-filled weekend at Casa Tyler. Cole started off the weekend by going to his cousin Lucia.. aka LuLu's bday party. Since it was a little chilly outside they moved it to the McDonald's indoor playground. The kids had blast climbing from floor to ceiling, and around the room playing with all the toys. Afterwards, we drove out the farm to have some "chill" time. We drove around on the Mule, cooked out, and finally had a moment to catch up with everyone.
Cole has finally decided he likes his new classroom at school, today is the first day i dropped him off and he didn't cry his little eyes out. Usually I have to throw him into one of the teacher's arm and run out before he knows what happened. I think he's digging this "big" kid stuff!! They have playtime, story time, and even get to sing in this class. They are so cute all gathered around the table and half of them are staring at the ceiling or lights. Cole has discovered some more tricks he can do around the house. Cole has always loved getting in and out of things... such as buckets, suitcases, storage bins, and boxes. He has recently broadened that list to drawers and now the dishwasher. He has a "toy" drawer in the kitchen and has now decided it's more fun to play with his toys in the drawer. He also loves to pull all the Tupperware out of the cabinet and get in there. I'm sure there could be some hazards in these activities, but whatever gives me some free time to cook works for me! :)
